For dairy allergic kids, it looks to me that coconut milk is the best choice. For us it is the only choice because of personal allergens.

  1. I just discovered that Rice Milk has gluten in it. Though not enough to require labeling. I think it is 20 ppm. Some sensitive people do react to the gluten though. Just be wary if gluten is a trigger for you.
